By accessing or using SoinsAI's health forecasting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

SoinsAI provides health forecasting and information services for educational purposes only. Our services are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Obeo is a performance optimization tool and does not provide medical advice. The predictive insights generated by our 'Lab' and 'Forecast' features (including those derived from Google Calendar and/or Microsoft Calendar data) are intended for informational purposes for high-performance individuals and athletes. You acknowledge that any health-related protocols, such as caffeine timing or light exposure, are suggestions based on biometric data and should not replace professional medical consultation. Use of Obeo constitutes your agreement that SoinsAI is not liable for any physical or mental outcomes resulting from the implementation of these protocols.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access SoinsAI services for personal, non-commercial use only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
You may not:
Modify or copy our materials without permission
Use our services for any commercial purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person
Subscription Tiers
Obeo offers both a core free version and a premium subscription tier known as "The Lab" or relatively premium pages. While basic health tracking is available to all users, access to advanced features (including ML-driven injury risk modeling, elite NBA/D1 collegiate testing modules, and high-density biological analytics) is strictly reserved for Obeo Premium subscribers.
Payment Terms
By subscribing to Obeo, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the point of purchase.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted performance tracking, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Price Changes: SoinsAI reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because Obeo provides immediate access to proprietary predictive engines and real-time data processing, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.
Premium & Pro Access & Data Requirements
Your access to premium pages is contingent upon the continued maintenance and syncing of your biometric data sources (e.g., Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop). SoinsAI is not responsible for any inability to use Premium features resulting from hardware failure or the disconnection of third-party wearables.
Voice Check-Ins Feature
Automated Calls: By enabling voice check-ins, you consent to receive automated telephone calls from Obeo at the times you select. These calls are initiated by our AI health companion to collect health and wellness
information.Call Recording & Transcription: All voice check-in calls are recorded and transcribed for the purpose of:
Analyzing your health metrics and wellness data
Providing personalized health insights
Improving our AI health companion service
By enabling voice check-ins, you acknowledge and consent to the recording and transcription of these calls.
Health Data Collection: During voice check-ins, we collect health-related information you provide, including but not limited to:
Sleep quality and duration
Exercise and physical activity
Mood and stress levels
Symptoms and how you're feeling
Other wellness metrics
This data is processed by our AI systems and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Consent & Opt-Out
Voice check-ins require your explicit opt-in consent
You may disable voice check-ins at any time in the app settings
Disabling will stop all future automated calls immediately
Previously collected data will be retained per our data retention policy
Phone Number: You are responsible for providing an accurate phone number that you own or have authorization to use. Standard carrier rates may apply to received calls.
Service Limitations: Voice check-ins are for wellness tracking purposes only. Obeo is not a medical device and voice check-ins do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified
healthcare provider for medical concerns.
Premium & Pro Feature Modifications
As a company focused on the bleeding edge of health tech, SoinsAI reserves the right to modify, add, or remove specific features within any premium pages at any time. These updates are conducted to ensure the highest standards of predictive accuracy and to provide our "Elite" users with the most relevant performance data available in the market.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate health forecasts using advanced AI technology, SoinsAI makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the health predictions provided. Health forecasts are based on data analysis and should not be considered definitive medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
SoinsAI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to health-related decisions made based on our forecasts.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of SoinsAI services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
