Accessible via SMS or WhatsApp, and soon-to-be app, the platform delivers culturally adapted symptom triage, urgent care guidance, and follow-up support, even in remote and low-connectivity regions. SoinsAI also maps the nearest available clinics, hospitals, and health resources, connecting users to real-world care in real time. Purposefully designed for low-bandwidth and low-literacy environments, it bridges the gap between people and the care they need: efficiently, responsibly, and at scale.

How SoinsAI works

  • Users send a message to our SoinsAI number via SMS, WhatsApp, or in app in their native language, describing their symptoms in everyday terms.

    • Supports over 90 languages

    • Designed to understand informal language (no medical terms needed)

  • Our tool uses artificial intelligence to analyze the symptoms and determine the level of urgency:

    • Suggests symptom urgency: low, medium, high

    • Classifies cases as emergent, non-urgent, or follow-up suggested

    • Flags high-risk conditions (e.g., chest pain, pregnancy complications, suicidal ideation)

    • Built-in safety protocols for sensitive or severe cases

  • Users receive immediate, culturally relevant health advice tailored to their age, gender, location, and health context:

    • Integrates regional health norms and practices

    • Includes stigma-aware responses (e.g., for mental health or reproductive care)

    • Provides first-step care instructions to initiate the path back to wellness

  • SoinsAI provides users information on the nearest available clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or health workers, using geolocation and pre-loaded databases:

    • NGO partners can upload regional health facility data

    • Offline mapping for low-connectivity areas

    • Prioritizes trusted, affordable care options

  • The platform stays in touch post-triage, offering:

    • Best first-steps to take towards care

    • Behavior nudges (e.g., hydration, rest, clinic visits)

    • Optional handoff to live providers (in coming versions)

Who is SoinsAI built for?

SoinsAI is designed for individual in low-resource settings or underserved communities who face significant barriers to healthcare access, primarily due to language, location, or infrastructure. SoinsAI is best utilized in rural, remote areas.

Do I need to pay to use SoinsAI?

No. SoinsAI is completely free to use (base model). We believe access to basic healthcare guidance should never come with a price tag, especially for those who need it most. Our mission is to make care reachable, not profitable.

Do I need internet or a smartphone?

Currently, yes. SoinsAI works via SMS or WhatsApp, which require basic data or internet connection. Future versions, however, will support offline and voice access. Stay tuned!

Is SoinsAI a replacement for doctors?

No. SoinsAI is NOT a diagnostic tool and does NOT replace the expertise of a physical doctor. SoinsAI offers symptom triage, basic guidance, and referral support to help users make informed decisions and reach care faster. Think of us as your healthcare assistant, available for use anytime and anywhere.

How accurate is the triage system?

SoinsAI uses medically-informed symptom models and is being tested across a range of scenarios. It’s designed to prioritize safety and flag urgent symptoms for immediate action.

How are clinic and hospital locations verified?

We work with local NGOS, clinics, and partners to maintain an up-to-date database of nearby, trusted healthcare resources. Users are only shown verified and credible options.

What languages does SoinsAI support?

Currently, SoinsAI support 100+ languages, including English, Spanish, Hindi, French, Swahili, Urdu, Chinese, and more. We’re continually expanding our language set to meet local needs.

Is my information private and secure?

Absolutely. We do NOT store or collect personally identifiable information. All user data is encrypted and handled with strict privacy protocols. With our current model, you will never be asked for personal identifying markers, such as your name.
