• Calendar Data: If you opt-in to "Calendar Sync," we access your calendar events (GoogleAPI, Azure Microsoft Graph API) to provide proactive health suggestions and schedule optimizations.

• Lifestyle & Social Data: Information generated through the "Eats" feature, including food preferences, swipes, and restaurant matches.

• Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, and interaction patterns (e.g., which features you access most frequently).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to power our Biological Intelligence (BI) Engine, including:

• Generating personalized 72-hour health forecasts and the ObeoScore.

• Providing contextual health "hacks" based on your synced calendar.

• Facilitating meal "matches" with friends via our social eating features.

• Managing auto-renewable subscriptions and processing transactions via Apple.

• Improving app functionality through anonymized analytics.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you use social features (like "Eats"), certain data (like your meal matches) is visible to your chosen friends if enabled.

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in app operations (e.g., cloud hosting or analytics).

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, we may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

Obeo’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google Calendar data on a read-only basis solely to provide predictive performance insights and circadian rhythm optimization. We do not use this data for advertising, nor do we sell this data to third parties. Your calendar event titles and descriptions are processed to distinguish between varying levels of professional stress and travel requirements to automate your health protocols.

Specifically, Google user data is used solely for individual user-facing features and is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized AI or Machine Learning models beyond the scope of providing personalized insights to the specific user.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Obeo offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store Account Settings.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures (including Zero-Knowledge protocols for sensitive biometrics) to protect your data. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

All data retrieved via Google OAuth is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS. We retain this data only as long as necessary to provide active performance forecasting for your account. Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Security Settings or by disconnecting their account within the Obeo BioProfile settings, which will trigger the immediate deletion of all locally stored Google Calendar metadata.

In compliance with Apple’s requirements and global privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access/Update: Review and edit your personal information within the app settings.

• Data Portability: Request a copy of your personal data.

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app settings at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13 unless parent and/or guardian consent is given. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
