PlugMSU (which is a subsidiary of SoinsAI) is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

Anonymized chat messages (no personal identifiers stored)
Event information you choose to post
Optional email for account creation, if you choose to register
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe, not by us)

To provide anonymous chat functionality
To display campus events and activities
To process event boost and pin payments
To improve our services

Anonymous Usage

Most features of PlugMSU can be used completely anonymously. We generate temporary anonymous identifiers for chat and event posting that are not linked to any personal information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted, and payment processing is handled by Stripe and PCI compliance.

Your Rights
